Sea Of Cowards

The Dead Weather - 2010

The Dead Weather recorded their debut Horehound in 2009 almost accidentally, but on Sea Of Cowards they truly became a band. Cowards is a bit more produced than the bands debut, Horehound, but what they give up in rawness, they gain in vibe and songwriting. The Dead Weather is the creepiest of Jacks projects. He and Mossharts vocal interplay treat the lyrical theme of love like an explosion. Random thought, but if you know the movie Ghostbusters, Jack and Alisons dynamic is like getting the gatekeeper together with the keymaster.  (Try Die By The Drop)
