BBNG are back with their third album but the Torontonian trio are fed up with recording music that is not their own! This troop is renowned for working with rap artists such as Ghostface Killah and Tyler, the Creator but there are no covers or infamous guests on this latest release. The nine pieces here are all original and make for a superb record! While the haunted atmosphere of their early work remains prevalent on number 3, this album is more refined than previous outings. III captures a real sense of exploration by the group. They cast their vast musicianship wide and it’s clear from these cuts that the group is still hungry and driven. Who needs Portico Quartet when we’ve got BBNG!

Loving it! The track "Confessions" is killer. I forget which track, but one of them has a killer bass tone that rattles my car. Beefy.

I would review your 4.5 stars rating on this one. It's fun but extraordinarily repetitive...and please, someone for gods sake me tell me why, on half the tracks they pan the bass to the left?! Is it an attempt to 'do things differently' because it's quite possibly the worst idea for an album. Ever. That being said, I enjoy it.
